Return Policy Overview: Even though we strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations, we understand that there might be cases where you want to return an item. Please review our return policy carefully, including the cases where a return may not be possible.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  • If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you may apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or if the hang tags are removed. Any items that affect secondary sales are also not eligible for returns.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team with photos showing the issue. Do not proceed with the return until you receive instructions.

Return Process:

  3. Meet Return Conditions: Ensure the item is in unused condition, with original packaging, and does not affect secondary sales.
  4. Receive Return Address: Our customer service will provide the correct return address via email after verifying your return request.
  5. Ship the Item: Send the product back to the return address provided. Include a screenshot of your return shipment details when contacting customer service via email.
  6. Refund Confirmation: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm and process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: If you are returning the item due to personal preference or other reasons not related to damage or errors, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost will depend on the courier service you choose.
  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time: The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund, typically within 3 days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Important Notice:

  • Do Not Return Items to the Original Address: Returns should not be sent back to the original shipping address unless specified. Our customer service team will provide the return address after confirming your eligibility.
  • Return Shipping Fees and Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee. However, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our fault.
